Desperate attempt at blocking information by BP?

Published on June 9, 2010 by   ·   1 Comment

In what I see as a sure sign of desperation BP has purchased the “sponsored” links that appear at the top of internet search engines. The terms “oil spill”, “BP Oil spill”, and “oil spill response” are among many search terms that direct users to the said “sponsored” links that Bp has purchased.

As the world watches this disaster in any and all ways possible, I find it amusing that BP executives find the purchase of “sponsored” links directing users to BP’s site, as a means of trying to stifle the truth from the people.  Just like the fact that there is a million gallons as opposed to BP’s estimations stating 5,ooo gallons a day leaking……The Truth always comes out!

CEO Tony Hayward and other BP executives, You all have dropped the ball, and now all of you must take responsibility for what is the worst disaster to ever affect the Gulf. The lives of our children, their children, and possibly their Great-Great grand children will be affected by this event. In my thoughts BP’s doors should be closed forever and all assets used to help undo what has been done to Mother Nature as a result of this tragedy.

I know. It is pathetic really, the PR campaign they are waging while they should be working on plugging the damn hole. The more time passes the more sick and terrified I am by this whole scenario. And it gets worse every day.
